Welcome to GoVegan Travel. By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.


1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount will be specified during the reservation process.
  • Full payment is typically due 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise specified.
  • Bookings made within 60 days of departure require immediate full payment.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted).
  • Cancellation fees apply as follows:
    • More than 60 days before departure: deposit forfeited.
    • 30–59 days before departure: 50% of trip cost.
    • Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of trip cost (no refund).
  • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, health emergencies, and travel disruptions.

3. Changes by the Traveler

  • Requests to modify your booking (e.g., change dates, traveler names, or package details) may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
  • Not all changes may be possible after full payment has been made.

4. Changes by GoVegan Travel

  • We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries due to weather, availability, or local conditions.
  • In the unlikely event of a major change (e.g., trip cancellation, date changes, destination alterations), we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.

5. Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and travel documentation as required by your destination.
  • GoVegan Travel is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documents.

6. Vegan & Dietary Requests

  • All trips are designed to offer vegan-friendly meals and experiences.
  • Please inform us in advance of any additional dietary restrictions or allergies. While we make every effort to accommodate, we cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free environments.

7. Health & Safety

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and able to participate in all activities included in the trip.
  • Please notify us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.
  • We are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss incurred during the trip, although we do our best to ensure safe travel experiences.

8. Liability

  • GoVegan Travel acts only as an agent for accommodations, transport providers, and other suppliers. We are not liable for acts or omissions of these third parties.
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics).

9. Photography & Promotion

  • During your trip, photos or videos may be taken for marketing and promotional use. By joining a trip, you consent to this use unless you opt out in writing before departure.
